Boston House Restaurant Opening Soon in Fort Pierce

FORT PIERCE, FL — Boston House Restaurant is preparing to open inside the historic Boston House at 239 S Indian River Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, targeting early December, co-owner Georgette Angelos told Business Debut.

Built in 1909 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1985, the three-story landmark will host a fine-dining concept that pairs formality with approachability. Angelos’ partner in the business is Martin Mohr.

What to Expect

Guests will move through distinct rooms, each with its own character. The main-level dining room blends “Northeast meets Southern hospitality,” with wallpapered ceilings and olive green velvet booths. Upstairs, a cocktail bar shifts to speakeasy tones with deep reds and bourbon-focused offerings, plus an overflow Hemingway Lounge.

Outside, a lawn with veranda-style seating complements a newly added kitchen and an outdoor bar. Seating will be about 70 in the downstairs dining room and roughly 30 across the upstairs bar and lounge.

Menu and Vision

The menu centers on Americana—think oysters on the grill and lobster rolls—with classic influences and seasonal touches. Service will be white-glove yet welcoming. “It’s very fine and very white glove,” Angelos told Business Debut, “but with the kind of Southern hospitality where you don’t feel out of place.”

Membership Social Club

A members-only social club on the third floor will offer 15% off restaurant checks, lockers, and curated experiences such as bourbon, wine, and mezcal tastings, along with quarterly deep-sea fishing trips, Angelos reported.

Opening Timeline

Angelos said construction on the exterior kitchen is wrapping up following recent roofing work, and the team is targeting an early December opening. If timing shifts, an updated date will be announced.
