JUPITER FARMS, Fla. (CBS12) — Nearly two years after a devastating DUI crash in Jupiter Farms left a 16-year-old girl fighting for her life, the driver has been sentenced to prison.
Ryan McCue pled guilty on December 4 to all charges stemming from the December 2023 crash, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO). A Palm Beach County judge sentenced McCue to 13 years in the Florida Department of Corrections, followed by 20 years of probation.
