PORT SALERNO, Fla. (CBS12) — In just days, a 13-year-old racked up 11 felonies—stealing cars and golf carts, burglarizing homes—and he’s free again, deputies say.
Deputies with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, say that over the past several days, 13-year-old Jesus Gaspar Rojas was arrested and booked on 11 felony counts, including:
- Three counts of grand theft auto
- Four burglaries
- One count of possession of burglary tools
- Three felony criminal mischief counts
Investigators say they’ve identified at least six victims of the crime spree that terrorized the Salerno area.
His criminal behavior included breaking into vehicles, destroying steering columns, stealing three golf carts and damaging them, committing a burglary, and damaging property, according to the arrest report…
