Tiger Woods’ Jupiter restaurant, The Woods at Harbourside Place, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a refreshed culinary direction and a brand-new executive chef in Luis Castaneda, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate from Peru, the country celebrated for its culinary reputation. This is a promotion; he was formerly the restaurant’s sous-chef.
As part of the anniversary rollout, the venue has introduced a Marra Forni brick pizza oven, enabling scratch-made Neapolitan-style pies in full view of guests. Standouts include the Prosciutto Bianca (mozzarella, caramelized onions, basil, arugula, bacon), Hot Honey Pepperoni (Tiger’s favorite we’re told) and the ever-popular Margherita.
Castaneda’s menu reflects a global approach, combining locally and sustainably sourced ingredients with influences from Peruvian, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
