STUART – An outdoor section of the Mayes Campus Treasure Coast Hospice of Stuart was transformed into a Winter Wonderland for a few hours the night of Dec. 18.
The annual event was an opportunity to bring a night of joy to youthful Treasure Coast Hospice patients enrolled in the program’s Good Grief and Little Treasures Pediatric Palliative Care Programs, according to Maryellen Murphy, marketing manager. Palliative care is specialized medical care focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of serious illnesses, aiming to improve the quality of life for both patients and their families.
Treasure Coast Hospice has locations in Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties.
