PORT ST. LUCIE — A familiar grocery landmark in Port St. Lucie is preparing for a major change. The Winn-Dixie store, located at 281 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., in the Shoppes of Victoria Square will close in April to undergo conversion into an ALDI supermarket.
According to an official statement from Southeastern Grocers (parent company of Winn-Dixie), all associates at the location have received advance notice, and will get priority to apply for positions at the upcoming ALDI store or transfer to other Winn-Dixie locations to continue their careers…
