VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — After five e-bike crashes left three people dead last year along the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County, efforts are underway to make streets safer for our youngest riders.
Young e-bike riders being careless on the streets, particularly down Ocean Drive, is an all too common issue in Vero Beach.
