MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (WOWT) – An Omaha man is facing charges after two missing Florida sisters were found in Georgia over the weekend.
Hser Mu Lah Say, 19, of Omaha, was arrested Sunday on charges that include two counts of kidnapping.
