Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital acquires Vero Beach orthopaedic practice

VERO BEACH — Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital has acquired a prominent local orthopaedic practice, making it possible to expand access to dedicated bone, joint, and spine care for patients along Florida’s Treasure Coast.

The deal, announced Tuesday, brings the Orthopaedic Center of Vero Beach into the Cleveland Clinic fold, combining its longstanding community relationships with the hospital’s nationally ranked orthopaedic program. Services will now include everything from joint replacements and sports medicine to advanced spine treatments, non-surgical options, minimally invasive surgeries, and rehabilitation, all based in Indian River County.
