PORT ST. LUCIE – Floridians know there’s nothing like sitting outside on a gorgeous sunny day, sipping a cold beer, and listening to steel drum bands. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place that has all that but there’s a new restaurant in the heart of Tradition that offers exactly that and bonus…great food. Island Pig & Fish has finally opened and the location could not be more perfect.
I have genuinely been so excited about Island Pig & Fish opening in Tradition as I have been to their location in Fort Pierce on Hutchinson Island. I was crossing my fingers hoping for the same experience.
The interior of the restaurant is a fun atmosphere with comfortable seating, colorful paintings on the wall and a small bar with a tiki-style roof overhead. There was a definite island vibe with steel drum music playing. The day my husband and I visited was a warm, sunny day so we opted to eat outside…
