STUART, Fla. (WFLA) — The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been charged after misfires during target practice injured a neighbor’s horse on Saturday.
Felipe Pascual-Andres, 28, told police that he had recently bought a new gun and was doing target practice in the backyard of his home in Stuart, Florida.
During the practice, three rounds entered a neighbor’s property, MCSO said.
