Jupiter’s dining scene has a flavorful new addition. SaltBird Kitchen & Bar, a coastal Southern restaurant, brings comfort and creativity, blending the soul of the South with Jupiter’s breezy, laid-back lifestyle.

The menu draws inspiration from regions across the American South, pairing beloved classics with fresh twists. Guests can savor Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Shrimp & Grits alongside inventive bites like BBQ Chicken Egg Rolls and the “Southern” Burger topped with pimento cheese and bacon. Cocktails, a thoughtful wine list, and a relaxed indoor/outdoor bar set the tone for easy evenings.

SaltBird is guided by an experienced partnership that includes Brian Leary and acclaimed Atlanta chef and hospitality consultant Ron Eyester, a Season 13 “Top Chef” alum who has cooked twice at the James Beard House. Together, the team emphasizes collaboration with local farms and businesses, grounding the restaurant in Jupiter’s community.
