ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A 17-year-old has been charged with homicide in connection with a fatal shooting early Feb. 16 on Oleander Avenue, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded at approximately 12:45 a.m. to the 3200 block of Oleander Avenue after reports of a man who had been shot.
