FORT PIERCE — A Night to Shine lived up to its name Feb. 13, turning the Fenn Center into a high-energy, prom-style celebration for individuals with special needs 14 and up — and organizers say it was the best one yet.
The evening was sponsored by Genesis Community Church, led by Pastor David Zoerhof.
