Five boat slips are coming to the waters near Burt Reynolds Park in Jupiter, but they won’t be available to the public.
The town’s plans for the site of its Piatt Place fire station include a small waterfront park along U.S. 1. Its features will include the boat slips, which the police and fire departments will use exclusively. The town now leases space for its police boats.
The Jupiter Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 10 recommended approval for adding the dock to the Piatt Place plans. The measure will be presented to the Town Council at its next meeting on March 3…
