Port St. Lucie preserves 105 acres once slated for development

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) β€” The City of Port St. Lucie acquired nearly 105 acres of natural land known as the Rosser Lakes property from Rosser Lakes LLC in a $2.5 million deal, preserving land once slated for development. The property is located between Interstate 95 and Southwest Rosser Boulevard.

City leaders announced the acquisition Friday morning, calling it a major environmental investment and a direct response to resident concerns.
