A 41-year-old man who was wanted in the fatal shooting of his father was arrested in Hollywood last week, the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday.
The U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force worked with Port St. Lucie and Broward County police to arrest Sheldon Brian Morrison on Feb. 18 on a charge of first-degree murder, officials said in a statement. Morrison is accused of shooting his 69-year-old dad to death over a dispute about a family pet.
