March 3, 2026 – HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Garlinghouse as chief financial officer, effective March 3, 2026. Nicole brings more than 17 years of experience with HCA Healthcare to the organization.
Most recently, Nicole served as chief financial officer at HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, where she played an important role in strengthening the hospital’s financial foundation, supporting strategic growth, and positioning the organization for long-term success. Prior to that, she served as CFO at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive performance, growth and accountability.
