FWC officers, PBSO and drones team up to locate missing elderly PSL man

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) — Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers, working with local law enforcement, rescued an 84-year-old man with dementia after he went missing for nearly two days in the sprawling J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area.

On March 9, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office alerted FWC that Winston L. Taylor of Port St. Lucie had left his home the previous afternoon and entered the 60,000-acre WMA early that morning.
