MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Martin County Sheriff’s deputy is facing charges following a reported altercation with his 15-year-old daughter.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said that Corporal Emmanuel Perez, who lives in Port St. Lucie, is facing two charges, including a felony, after a physical confrontation with his daughter.
According to Sheriff Budensiek, Perez initially called police this morning, reporting that his daughter had refused to go to school and attempted to run away. Officers responded and resolved the situation, and Perez drove his daughter home…
