STUART, FL – Two suspects connected to a multi-state retail theft operation, including one wanted in Texas, were arrested in Florida, authorities said.
According to the Stuart Police Department, Isabel Ramos and Oleiber Rosabal were taken into custody after being linked to multiple thefts at Ulta Beauty stores throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast. The suspects were apprehended at an Ulta location in Stuart.
Ramos had an outstanding felony warrant issued in Galveston County for organized retail theft, stemming from an investigation by the League City Police Department’s Business District Unit. That investigation involved multiple thefts at the League City Ulta and other Ulta stores in the region…
