A judge has granted a request for more time from the lawyers representing the truck driver in the infamous Florida u-turn crash that killed three people last summer.
The crash happened in August 2025 when truck driver Harjinder Singh attempted an illegal u-turn that left him blocking the lanes on the Florida turnpike. A car then crashed into the side of the truck, killing three people. The request was made in court on Thursday, March 26th. Singh has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including manslaughter and vehicular homicide.
According to ABC25, the lawyers representing Singh appeared in court without him on Thursday to request more time to prepare for the case, as well as raise concerns over a third-party attorney looking to participate in the case…
