PORT ST. LUCIE, FL — Swift Grill is preparing to open its second location at 10108 SW Discovery Way, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987, with owner Vlad Bradescu targeting a soft opening around April 1 and a grand opening around April 20, he told Business Debut.
The new restaurant builds on the brand’s Fort Pierce location while introducing a different service model and a broader menu.
What to Expect
The Port St. Lucie restaurant is designed as a hybrid concept. Bradescu said guests will be able to order quickly from a fast-casual side with build-your-own bowls, wraps, pitas and salads, while a separate dine-in experience will feature a tapas menu and bar service.
That setup marks a notable difference from the original Fort Pierce location, which opened about four years ago and shifted into a full-service dining model after the building limited the fast-casual format Bradescu originally envisioned.
