Several St. Lucie County roads are closed for construction and repairs:
- Johnston Road at Canals 16 & 17 (north of Meadowood) – Closed March 30–June 30, 2026 for culvert replacements.
- 43rd Avenue SW (Johnston Road) – Closed March 30–April 17, 2026 between the Indian River County line and 17th Street SW for milling and resurfacing.
- Floresta Drive in Port St. Lucie – Fully closed from SE Fallon Drive to north of Evergreen Terrace for ongoing drainage work as part of Phase 3 of the Floresta Drive Improvement Project.
- Old Dixie Highway Bridge over Taylor Creek – Remains closed to the public.
