Two Indian River County employees were essentially “executed” at “about” 7 a.m., March 24 in a parking lot of Indian River County Public Library.
Jesse S. Ellis, 64, is wanted on two counts of homicide for allegedly shooting the couple.
Ellis remains at large, but questions about the incident remain unanswered…
