Heritage Pool Supply Group Inc. has acquired Commercial Energy Specialists Holdings LLC, operating as Aquafinity, expanding its presence in the commercial aquatics distribution market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Aquafinity, headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, distributes commercial pool equipment, chemicals and supplies.
