JUPITER ISLAND, Fla. (CBS12) — Tiger Woods’ legal team is fighting a move by prosecutors to obtain his prescription drug records following his recent DUI arrest.
In a court filing made Tuesday, Woods’s attorney, Douglas Duncan, argues that Woods has a constitutional right to privacy regarding his medical information.
Woods’ attorneys argue that the subpoena infringes on Woods’ right to privacy and that the state should prove the relevance of the records to the criminal investigation before accessing them.
