Marsha Sherry, broker at The Moorings Realty Sales Co., shared some of the brokerage’s numbers with Vero Beach 32963 last week, and those numbers are astonishing.
With just three seasoned agents plus one who is “getting her feet wet in the business,” in Sherry’s words – competing against many, much larger brokerages – Moorings Realty came in third in dollar volume and number of transactions closed on the barrier island in the first part of the year, with 39 transactions and $56 million in sales volume.
