PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Vancouver police officer involved in a non-fatal shooting this week has been publicly identified.
Officer Alexander Zaferis, 29, was named as the officer involved in the shooting by the Washington State Office of Independent Investigations (OII) on Friday.
