Teen cited with careless driving after fatal crash on Hwy 26

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 16-year-old was cited for careless driving Friday after a crash on Highway 26 killed one person and injured another, according to Oregon State Police.

Around 2:45 p.m., officers responded to reports of a three-vehicle crash near milepost 29.5 in Clackamas County.
