PORTLAND/EUGENE/MEDFORD, Ore. – Members of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon donated more than 2,000 items to local food pantries across Portland, Eugene and Medford as part of America’s 250th birthday celebration.
The charity drive was part of Freedom 250, a nationwide effort where U.S. Attorneys’ Offices organized gift-in-kind drives to benefit their communities. Staff from all three Oregon offices participated in the food collection.
