CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. — A Portland woman has died and a juvenile driver has been cited following a multi-vehicle, head-on collision on Highway 26 on Friday afternoon, May 29, 2026.
Oregon State Police responded to the crash scene near milepost 29.5 and SE Weber Road at approximately 2:43 p.m. According to the preliminary investigation, a blue Subaru Impreza, operated by a 16-year-old female, pulled onto Highway 26 heading westbound and failed to yield the right of way.
A westbound blue Ford Focus, operated by 39-year-old Briande Boudreau Lybbert of Portland, struck the rear left portion of the Subaru. The impact caused the Ford to cross into the eastbound travel lane, where it collided head-on with a white U-Haul moving truck operated by 68-year-old Kent Jonathan Moe of Castle Rock, Colorado…
