HILLSBORO, Ore. (KPTV) – A 35-year-old man was arrested after Hillsboro Police say he stole a car with a 7-month-old child inside.
“I just can’t comprehend that someone would be that, I don’t even want to say desperate, I’m going to say crazy,” said Linda Rockers who lives nearby.
