HILLSBORO Ore. (KPTV) – City officials in Hillsboro say they have worked closely with In-N-Out Burger to prepare for the highly anticipated opening of the company’s first restaurant in the city, implementing a traffic management plan designed to handle the anticipated surge of customers.
The new restaurant, at 2498 NE Town Center Drive, recently received its certificate of occupancy in May, but the city said it has not been notified of an official opening date.
Because of the expected popularity of the restaurant, Hillsboro required a Traffic Management Plan as a condition of the project’s approval.
