PORTLAND, Oregon — Another Portland store stolen from, the incident caught on camera: this time at Lost & Found on Northwest 14th Street in the Pearl District.
The burglary happened around 4 a.m. Thursday, with owner Pamela Whitchurch saying she’s gutted by the crime.
