PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — For the first time in the Portland Rose Festival’s history, the Grand Floral Parade and Starlight Parade were held back-to-back, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
People heading downtown may experience delays since there are some road closures planned for the parades.

The parade route stretches from CityFair on Naito Parkway through downtown, with the celebrations wrapping up around 10:30 p.m.
