PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Multnomah County sheriff’s deputies and U.S. marshals arrested a 28-year-old man on Wednesday, accusing him of killing his girlfriend’s 2-year-old child last year.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Dison Ruda and took him into custody at about 6 a.m. near Southeast 92nd Avenue and Powell Boulevard.
