PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Four vacant homes in North Portland that are set to be developed into a five-story apartment complex have become a growing concern for neighbors, who tell FOX 12 the homes have been occupied by squatters.
“These people moved out, they’re moving out, and we’re moving out, and I don’t think it’s just a coincidence,” said neighbor Liam Rowley.
