PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An Oregon man who prosecutors say has been unlawfully residing in the U.S. has admitted to possessing a handgun.
Mexican citizen Pablo Villasenor-Ochoa, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of alien in possession of a firearm in U.S. District Court in Portland on June 11 as part of an agreement with prosecutors.
