4 suspected heat-related deaths reported in Portland area

Four suspected heat-related deaths were recorded in the Portland area as temperatures soared to record-setting highs this weekend.

The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office said Tuesday all four deaths were reported Monday, when temperatures reached 96.8 degrees, a record for June 15.
