PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 68-year-old Dundee man died in a collision while riding an electric bicycle on Sunday night, authorities said.
The Newberg-Dundee Police Department said Paul Rusciolelli was riding home to celebrate his birthday with loved ones when he was in a crash involving a truck towing a boat on a trailer on a curved portion of westbound Hackcock Street near Harrison Street, in Newberg.
