A Portland city councilor failed to pay last year’s property tax bill on his home for more than six months, racking up penalties and interest.
Mitch Green, a District 4 representative, had $7,328 in unpaid 2025 taxes on his West Portland Park home through Friday morning, according to Multnomah County records.
