PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Ready to kick off the summer vibes this weekend? Get a head start by checking out the Waterfront Blues Festival in downtown Portland.
The three-day festival at Tom McCall Waterfront Park will feature dozens of blues, soul, and rock artists along with local food vendors and a 4th of July fireworks show.
