PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Clark County deputy died after a battle with cancer on Tuesday night, the sheriff’s office announced.
Deputy Patrick Morgan, 32, died after fighting stage IV colon cancer for nearly two years, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office announced.
“Patrick’s greatest pride was the life he built with his family,” the sheriff’s office wrote in a social media post. “He was a devoted husband to Lauren and a loving father to their two young sons. His family was the center of his world, and everything he did was rooted in his love for them. Our hearts are with Lauren, their boys, and all who knew and loved him as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.”…
