WASHINGTON COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) – Highway 99 South has reopened following a crash between Sherwood and Newberg on Saturday afternoon, according to TripCheck/ODOT.
Just after 2:30 p.m., Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue said all southbound lanes were blocked near Southwest Bell Road while they worked to rescue a person trapped inside a car.
After about half an hour, crews were able to reach the person and they, along with one other injured person, were rushed to the hospital for treatment, crews said…
