Brunch lovers in Oregon are getting a taste of the bayou. Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch, the fast-growing brand known for its Southern Cookin’ With a California Twist, is expanding its footprint into the Pacific Northwest with a brand-new location in Gresham.

The new restaurant will welcome guests beginning Monday, July 13. If you’re early enough to be one of the first 50 guests in line, you’ll grab a complimentary “Who’s Your Huckleberry?” coffee mug to enjoy free coffee throughout the entire opening day.

Bringing a little taste of the Louisiana bayou to Gresham, the concept pairs Southern hospitality with a menu full of Cajun-inspired favorites and brunch classics. Guests can savor signature dishes such as:

The dining experience extends well beyond the menu. Every location is designed to immerse guests in the charm of the bayou with whimsical touches. The interior features a weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies, Zydeco music, colorful murals, and playful alligator accents all through the space.
