Woodstock Boulevard is the east-west main street farthest south in Portland. Starting at S.E. 26th, it goes east on the south end of the Reed College campus, and then rises into the thriving Woodstock neighborhood and business community.
But two houses on Woodstock, sitting at main intersections, have been a puzzle to the motorists who pass them daily. THE BEE has reached out to both owners to determine why they are still not homes.
