(NEXSTAR) – It’s been 30 years since Caniacs had their first chance at enjoying their chicken fingers with Cane’s Sauce and a side of Texas toast. Now, the fast food chicken chain Raising Cane’s is looking to bring its largely unchanged menu to even more locations.
The first Raising Cane’s opened its doors in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1996. Since then, Cane’s has grown to have more than 950 locations across 44 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam.
Oregon currently has one location in downtown Portland’s Pioneer Place. The chain does have a “coming soon” page on its site for a new location coming to Gresham, though an exact opening date has yet to be announced…
