Clark County (WA) Fire District Seeks $15.2M to to Replace 60-Year-Old Station

Jul. 31—Clark County Fire District 10 is asking voters to approve a $15.2 million bond measure to replace the Amboy fire station.

If the measure on Tuesday’s primary ballot passes, homeowners would pay 45 cents per $1,000 of assessed property value. That’s $292 a year on a $650,000 home, Deputy Fire Chief Galen Sarkinen said. The bonds would be paid off over 20 years…
