PORTLAND, OR – A North Portland homeless shelter remains open after the community pitched in over $1 million. The operator is considering running the facility on their own, without county funds.
Multnomah County told managers of the Bybee Lakes Hope Center it would lose 25% of its beds in budget cuts.
